Quick and easy options to make your tummy happy!

Hi guys!
How are you doing? I've been feeling a little down lately, so I took some time off. But I'm back now!

I had a post ready for today. It's kind of a heart out about my journey of eating disorder and how I came to where I am today. I'm really glad I had written it a while back, because I've been thinking about it for the past few days and I decided I'm not really ready to post it yet. But it's ready to go, so I might post it in a few weeks, months.

But I'm still going to talk about health today. A few weeks ago I started meal prepping and it has honestly changed my life, and I'm pretty sure there is going to be post about it up soon, but today I'm just gonna go with the good old simple clean eating ideas. I've had my moments of starving, as well as binge eating. But, sure enough, I feel my best when I eat consistently and healthy, and I certainly know good food when I see it.

That's what I would usually keep in my pantry and fridge, along with pictures of what the end result would be. All the meals are made in 15 minutes at most.

Whole wheat toast
Whole wheat/spelt pasta
Brown rice

I hope you found some ideas for quick and healthy meals. And did you notice the pattern of smoothies, haha? Nutrition is one of my biggest passions, so I'll be sure to make some more posts about it.
A quick tip:  I like to make big batches and eat them trough two, or even three days. One of those is Banana bread. You can tweak it to death! Cinnamon, other fruit (its amazing with cubes of pineapple!), nuts, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or just the plain old version.

Here is the recipe that started my banana bread journey. 4 years later, I have my own recipe, much healthier and way more simple. How about sharing it with you? Soon ;)

I hope you enjoyed this post, see you Saturday!
xoxo

Definitivno si moram priskrbeti več solate, tista solata z lososom izgleda res okusno. :)
